Blerjet online dhe dërgesat postare
Cdo dërgesë mallrash me karakter jotregtar, e përbërë nga mallra me vlerë të papërfillshme, të dërguara drejtpërdrejt nga një vend tjetër te një marrës në Republikën e Shqipërisë, përjashtohet nga detyrimet e importit.
Mallra me vlerë të papërfillshme janë:
a) mallrat e blera nëpërmjet porosisë nga interneti, që importohen nëpërmjet dërgesave postare, vlera e të cilave nuk e kalon vlerën ekuivalente në lekë të shumës 22 euro;
b) dërgesat e mallrave nga një individ jashtë Republikës së Shqipërisë për një individ në Republikën e Shqipërisë, të një natyre rastësore, pa pagesë dhe që përmbajnë vetëm mallrat e destinuara për përdorim personal ose familjar prej marrësit, vlera e të cilave nuk e kalon vlerën ekuivalente në lekë të shumës 45 euro.
Kujdes!
Për dërgesat postare, me natyrë jo tregtare, vlera e të cilave e tejkalon kufirin e pataksueshëm nga detyrimet doganore të importit, kryhet deklarimi doganor nëpërmjet procedurës së Deklarimit të thjeshtuar.
Online Shopping and postal consignment
Any consignments of a non-commercial nature made up of goods of negligible value dispatched direct from another country to a consignee in the Republic of Albania shall be admitted free of import duties.
Goods of negligible value are:
a) goods purchased via internet which are imported through postal consignment, the value of which does not exceed the equivalent value in ALL of 22 EUR;
b) consignments of goods from an individual outside the Republic of Albania to an individual in the Republic of Albania of a casual nature, free of charge and containing only goods intended for personal or family use by the consignee, the value of which does not exceed the equivalent value in ALL of 45 EUR.
Attention!
For postal consignments of a non-commercial nature whose value exceeds the untaxable limit of import duties shall be subject to Customs declaration through the simplified declaration procedure.
